Statement from representatives of the World Young Turkish Writers Union against the insulting of Khurshidbanu Natavan’s statue in France<\/strong><\/p>\n

The indecent act against the statue of the prominent Azerbaijani poet and public figure Khurshidbanu Natavan erected in 2017 in Evian-le-Bain, France is vandalism and an insulting step against the notion of culture in general. Khurshidbanu Natavan is one of the brightest figures in the history of Azerbaijan. Even today, she is gratefully remembered for the services she rendered to culture and the work she did for the better life of people during her lifetime. She is noted for her brilliant activity both as a poet and as a philanthropist. We, as members of the World Young Turkish Writers Union from different countries of the Turkic world, condemn this action against the statue of the prominent poet of Azerbaijan Khurshidbanu Natavan and declare that such actions are unacceptable.<\/p>\n

L\u2019acte ind\u00e9cent contre la statue de l\u2019\u00e9minent po\u00e8te et personnalit\u00e9 publique azerba\u00efdjanaise Khurshidbanu Natavan, \u00e9rig\u00e9e en 2017 \u00e0 Evian-le-Bain, en France, constitue du vandalisme et une mesure insultante contre le facteur culturel en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Khurshidbanu Natavan est l\u2019une des figures les plus brillantes de l\u2019histoire de l\u2019Azerba\u00efdjan. Aujourd\u2019hui encore, on se souvient de lui avec gratitude pour ses services \u00e0 la culture et le travail qu\u2019elle a accompli pour am\u00e9liorer la vie des gens. Elle reste dans l\u2019histoire \u00e0 la fois comme po\u00e8te et comme philanthrope.Nous, en tant que membres de l\u2019Union Mondiale Des Jeunes Ecrivains Turcs de diff\u00e9rents pays du monde turc, condamnons cette action contre la statue de l\u2019\u00e9minent po\u00e8te azerba\u00efdjanais Khurshidbanu Natavan et d\u00e9clarons que de telles actions sont inacceptables.<\/p>\n

Atoqli ozarbayjon shoirasi va jamoat arbobi Xurshidbonu Notavonning 2017-yili Fransiyaning Evian-les-Bains shahrida o\u2018rnatilgan haykaliga nisbatan qilingan nomaqbul harakat vandalizm va umuman, madaniy qadriyatlarga nisbatan tashlangan haqoratli qadamdir. Xurshidbonu Notavon Ozarbayjon tarixidagi eng yorqin shaxslardan biridir. O\u02bbz davrida ko\u2018rsatgan xizmatlari, insonlarning farovon hayot kechirishi yo\u2018lida amalga oshirgan sa\u02bcy-harakatlari sababli bugun ham uning nomi hurmat bilan yodga olinadi. Biz, Turk dunyosining turli davlatlarida faoliyat ko\u02bbrsatuvchi Jahon Yosh Turk Yozuvchilar uyushmasi a\u2019zolari sifatida Ozarbayjonning atoqli shoirasi Xurshidbonu Notavon haykaliga nisbatan qilingan bunday tahqirlovchi harakatni qoralaymiz va bu kabi xatti-harakatlarga aslo yo\u2018l qo\u2018yib bo\u2018lmasligini ma\u02bclum qilamiz.<\/p>\n
